On a new 4 acre site this £4.3m project has provided an extension to the existing business park on the outskirts of Bishops Castle. PSG have delivered the project from feasibility stage to completion working in close partnership with Shropshire Council’s Business Development team as client for the project. The main contractor under the design and build contract were SJ Roberts based locally in Marton, Shropshire.
Taylors Mechanical Services are replacing the existing oil fired heating boilers and plant. New high efficiency condensing boilers are being installed along with a Trend BMS system providing weather compensation and optimisation.
The new facilities include a spacious teaching area, group and PPA room, store, cloaks area with both adult and child toilet provision.

Greenacres Farm is a Shropshire Council day-service facility which provides training in agriculture and horticulture for adults with learning disabilities.

The Salix Bid to replace LED lighting was carried out by PP Electrical over 3 phases with the final phase being carried out in the first week of the summer holidays.
