Just thought you should know that Andy has been excellent over the roof leak at the school, plus the jobs that we needed doing around school. I know sometimes it's easy to criticise people, but we should also give praise as well, as he has done a great job over the last couple of months.
This was the first project we have undertaken working with PSG, Simon Reynolds was our point of contact and we found him very professional and knoweldgeable on the works that were being undertaken.

I have always found Scott to be very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. If he was not sure about something he would spend time to try and get the answer. I feel it is appropriate for me to feed back to you that to date we have enjoyed working with Bethan on our projects. Bethan is enthusiastic, has imagination and is very good at communicating and keeping me up to date with projects and issues that she is trying to deal with.
I would like to extend our thanks to you for the support we have had over the past few years and for the investment at the college. The Science laboratory refurbishment, PE changing rooms refurbishment, the toilet refurbishment and works in the English area, the new roof, ceilings and lights in the French rooms and the new carpet in the main corridor have had a huge impact on the educational environment at the school and is really appreciated by both students and staff. We await to see the impact the new boilers and control panel will have on the school heating and budget.
Ian Pengilly is a fantastic ambassador for Shropshire Council. He is knowledgeable and very proficient in his field. He has a great professional manner and nothing is ever too much trouble. He always delivers to the top standard and is relentless in getting contractors to deliver the highest level of service and is meticulous in checking up on them, which is essential.
On behalf of the Partners, staff and myself we cannot thank you and your teams enough for the speedy response and actions to our very distressing situation caused by the floods.

Theatre Severn CCTV - project went well with great co operation of staff on both sides, ease of access and flexibility to all approaches.
R G Stones have completed work in the History demountable classrooms this afternoon. I would like to thank you very much for investing in this refurbishment project: it will have a significant positive impact on staff and students.

I met Alastair there first thing and everything was in good order. He is now looking after the snag list. I have been very impressed with Alastair's approach to this job. The timescale of the project put quite a bit of pressure on him, which he managed with patience, humour and diligence.

I spent time in a whole school assembly this morning talking about the work completed over the summer and how pleased we were with it. The sheer volume of work is amazing (year 1 toilets, year 1 walls and windows, new carpets, year 2 decoration, corridor decoration and car park drainage).
All of the work was completed on time and exactly matched our specifications. The contractors that were employed all worked in a professional way to complete the work.
As we have discussed before, I strongly feel that detailed planning is key to success. Thank you for all the work you did with me in the early spring in preparation for this work.

I'd like to put on record how helpful PSG have been in relation to the Bishop's Castle workspace proposals. I know things haven been straightforward due to BREEAM, etc, but Suzanne Claydon has been so efficient and approachable throughout and it's great that we now have planning approval. We have had a number of visitors to carry out or review works here over the past few days so thanks to both you and Andy for this. Also thanks to Pete for his update with me which has again proved useful.
I just wanted to thank you for your help with our issues we had with our waste pump last Friday. Chris Breeze and an electrician came back in the afternoon for a couple of hours and got it all up and running again. I appreciate your help in getting them to come back as I think we could have been wading in who knows what, had we had to wait until the Tuesday!
Fiona left St Peter's at the end of term which is a great shame. Also I'm moving on to pastures new on the 9th September so only have a few weeks left at St Peter's. It has been great working with you and both Fiona and I would like to thank you for all the hard work and commitment you've shown to St Peter's. It has resulted in the school being in a fantastic condition for the children of Wem.

Paveaways' employees, and everyone they have contracted to work on site, have always been considerate and eager not to affect the day-to-day running of the school and I cannot recommend their services enough.
We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. It adds space whilst still fitting in with the overall building design. Whilst the project was a difficult one to accommodate, I am very grateful to the team for managing to facilitate the superb addition to our school. Thank you.
I would just like to thank the team for the speedy service you gave us with the emergency we had getting a padlock out of the ground last week. It was much appreciated, and got us out of a panic!
Can I just say that now we have finally got to the end of the build for the extended foyer/office space I would like to thank Shropshire Property Services as it has transformed the way we are able to operate and the look of the school. The design by Harvey Gould fits exactly and more than the original brief . I know it was difficult with that particular contractor but we felt well supported by the Local Authority.
Just to say a huge 'thank you' for organising the plumber so quickly this morning, he arrived with us at 8.40 a.m. The issue is to do with either a valve or an air lock & can hopefully be repaired today. This really is a great help Helen, much appreciated.
From planning to instalment we are most grateful to Property Services Group for making this revamp happen. It has changed the quality of service for our pupils hugely. Steve Carpenter, Harvey Gould and Graham Corbett have been fantastic.
It was great to attend the handover meeting on Friday.
This whole project was based on a discussion between colleagues, probably 3 years ago. This option was one of a number we discussed and was the most wishful and ambitious of all those considered, and it was fabulous when the funding to deliver this option was secured.
It is credit to all of those involved from that moment forward that we have achieved a fantastic build that will remain as an outstanding legacy to all of those involved who shared in the vision and delivered it so effectively. Everyone involved should be rightly proud of what has been achieved.
The children and young people in north Shrewsbury have been provided with 21st century provision that I have no doubt will help improve their life chances through the quality education Steph and her staff will deliver in this new build.

Thank you yet again for your assistance with resolving the water leak at Great Ness Cemetery last week, it was quite a stressful situation initially, the funeral went ahead as planned, the family were as far as we know unaware there had been an issue and a repair to the water pipe was able to be made after the burial had taken place.
This matter could have been quite a problem and distressing for the family, our combined efforts managed to avoid this.

Thank you to everyone who has helped in any way to get the new community hub of Albrighton Parish Council and Library underway. Thanks to the builders and decorators, especially Ian, Scott, Jonathan and Mike, and to the electricians and plumbers, many of whom appeared at a moment’s notice and who all, without exception, were most helpful, and of course to Phil Brown and Graham Corbett. It’s been a pleasure to work with you.
All the contractors who worked on the new boiler were very polite and all signed in whilst on site. They did a sterling job considering the tight space they had to work in. They completed the job on time and without the loss of service. Overall very satisfied.
We are all so pleased with the finished jobs; they are brilliant! We are also really pleased with the whole service that you provided for us from start to finish and thank you very much for the professionalism shown by you and PSG in general in dealing with us. It has transformed our schools.

The ongoing problems we have had in the Column Restaurant are steadily being resolved. This is thanks to the fast response from our Property Service Group (PSG), our Mechanical Surveyor, Ian Pengilly and the appointed contractors.
Really a delight to work with the contractor - turns up when they say they will and kept informed of progress throughout - was also happy to make adjustments as product was installed. Excellent all round.

All the school's fan convectors have been replaced which was a big project, involving many different services and all areas of the school building. From the planning meeting before the project, to its execution and final review, everything has been undertaken in a thoroughly professional manner and the work has been completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with the finished work, which not only looks great but will keep us warm this coming winter! Thank you to Nick and the team for a brilliant job!
I just wanted to write and express my thanks to you and your team for the work you did this year on our new D&T classroom.
As Head of Design & Technology, I am very pleased with the final outcome and it is already having a very position effect on the teaching and learning in our resistant materials classes. I know that my colleague Phil Gardner; who is based in the room, is also very pleased with the outcome. The feedback I received on open evening last week was glowing.
Working closely with Suzanne and the team has meant that the final classroom is almost exactly what I wanted from our initial meetings. The management of the scheme has been exemplary, and despite the usual unforeseen problems which one expects, I always felt that the team understood our requirements, and that they never compromise on the core specification.
I have been in a number of new schools recently and I can honestly say that this facility is as good as, if not better than anything else I have seen.
Please pass on my gratitude to your team, and if I can be of any help to any other school who are building or re-fitting a workshop, then please don't hesitate to pass on my details.

The extension has meant:
- Staff have a place to decompress during the school day
- Staff are happier and more unified across the school
- Staff are able to complete their PPA in school which means the school is always well staffed in an emergency
- There is a place to hold meetings outside of a classroom
- There is a professional air to the building
- Due to the extension we have been able to utilise my old office and the children now have a library and a place to deliver pastoral support.
There are many more benefits, but these are the headlines. It feels like it is the way the school should always have been, and we appreciate the tasteful way in which the work has been completed by matching the rest of our 1930s building.
So, in short - thank you to the whole team, you have made a significant difference to the life of our community and we are so grateful.

I would like to make you aware of how hard Daniel and the builders have worked this summer, I am sure you know this but it is always nice to hear it from someone else!
I am really pleased with the building work and the finish, the contractors have been exceptional and I am thoroughly happy. I know this has been also down to the time and commitment from Daniel at Oakmeadow and ensuring that it has been kept on track.
The only disappointment was the structural engineering amendment made, it was a shame this wasn't identified in the assessment/inspection. However I believe Daniel is pursuing this for us.
Thank you to all involved. We have a fantastic new area now.
Having spoken to a lady called Di on Monday I want you to know how impressed we were for the way she handled the problem regarding the removal of asbestos material at our property which we are purchasing from Shropshire Council.
She was friendly and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help sort the issue and kept me well informed during that day and since.

Thank you very much for your email. I can report that Severn Trent were on Alexandra Road today trying to repair / unblock whatever was causing the issue with the drains. They have been to school and emptied the boiler room again this evening too. Hopefully, that has rectified the issue with the flooding of the boiler room and we can soon have the boiler up and running. Thank you for organising a full clean of the area too; we really appreciate that. Many thanks for organising the heaters to come out so soon too, Emma. They have already made the classrooms feel much warmer. Thanks to everyone for their help.
Working for PSG is always a pleasure. Simon Reynolds designed a system and specification that was easy to install and we worked well together to install the system he had specified.
Just a quick message regarding Neil and Bethan, I want to thank them for the support they have given me and the school during this summer's project. They have been very professional and a credit to your department. Bethan, Neil and Nick have also supported me through a very hard week. They have been very caring and very supportive, and have made a difficult period a little easier to handle. Again all three are a credit to your department.
I wanted you to provide you some feedback regarding Richard Roberts. he has been a great support to me with our new practice building development. He has been a great ambassador for the council, working during very difficult times, first the floods and then the Covid pandemic, all with the utmost professionalism. He truly is a great asset to the council, and I for one would not have been able to manage the project without his support.
If there are awards for council staff, I would highly recommend that Richard receives this recognition, or at least the feedback to pass on to him that I am extremely thankful for his help.

Just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you to you and your team for managing the building works (flooring and roofing) at our school during the Summer Holidays.
Work was completed on-time (just the external rail for the ramp delayed but not issues incurred), all contractors were reliable and efficient and we were extremely pleased with all 3 classrooms (just a couple of area to touch-up in terms of the decoration).

When I phone in to report a problem, the Business Support team always greet me personally. This is very welcoming and makes me feel that we really care for our customers. They are also very helpful in listening to the problem and informing me of which contactor will be coming to site.
We have been using PSG for the facilities management of our commercial office in the middle of town, and are pleased with the decision. It gives us a single point of contact for anything that needs doing to the building, from simple lighting faults to moving air-conditioning units around. It's much easier than having a long list of tradespeople to ring around yourself as they take all of the organising away for you, and for a modest management fee. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other similar privately owned organisations.
I would just like to say thank you for the fantastic improvements to the school over the summer holidays. The toilets are amazing and the electrical work is a great improvement. Thank you also for liaising with Neville to secure the necessary funding for the classroom swap over. The new arrangement is working very well for all concerned.

I have been very impressed and happy with PSG's contribution to the Greenacres Supported Living project, I'm particularly pleased at the ambition they have shown in embracing the Council's objectives of reducing carbon emissions and ultimately aiming to be carbon neutral by 2030. Proposing Passivhaus standard for this kind of project was a big leap and one I am delighted they have made, it has also been positively received by officers in Adult Social Care and the local member. Proposing Passivhaus measures for the school projects they're currently working on is even more ambitious and just as warmly received!
