You may have noticed the scaffolding up outside Shrewsbury Library recently. This is to allow PSG contractors R G Edwards & Company Ltd to carry out some repairs to the flag pole on the clock tower. This provided us with the opportunity to see Shrewsbury from a rare vantage point, which we thought we would share with you.
