Team Leader - Building Surveying
Phil is a team leader, with more than 25 years experience in the construction industry for Shropshire Council, joining PSG in 1990 as a trainee, completing his qualifications in 1995/96 and continuing CPD. Recently having obtained Prince2 foundation and practitioner qualifications, Phil has provided services in many areas of PSG, including condition surveys, dilapidation surveys, DDA access audits, repair and maintenance, refurbishments, alterations and extensions for Shropshire Council and external clients.
Phil is a keen tennis player having played for over 35 years for a local Shrewsbury tennis club and as a county player. Phil continues to play in the Shropshire Men’s Doubles League, and recently was runner-up in the Shropshire Men’s Closed over-35s doubles.
