Business support manager
Helen began her administration career in the Women’s Royal Army Corps. After moving back to Shropshire and initially working for private property consultants, she joined the council in 2004.
Helen thoroughly enjoys managing the Business Support team and takes an active part in improving processes and procedures along with developing the business. She is a Prince 2 Practitioner, has an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration and Digital Marketing and Level 4 in Management.
Helen is a keen triathlete, and a member of SYTri (Shrewsbury Triathlon Club) and Amphibian Coaching, and regularly takes part in events across the country.
