As part of the School Place Planning (SPP) programme this additional classroom was provided to accommodate increasing pupil numbers in Baschurch.
With the School dating back to 1716 and the building being in a conservation area, the new classroom is designed to coordinate with the existing building and matches the existing construction type and detailing.
PSG and the main contractor worked closely with the School to deliver this new facility working on a restricted site with the School in occupation. The project also includes further phases this summer to improve the layout and circulation in the existing School building, to accommodate the new classrooms, as well as upgrades to the existing heating system.
