Senior Mechanical Surveyor
Simon joined us in 2017 as a Mechanical Surveyor. He has worked in the construction industry since 1989. Following his apprenticeship, where he completed City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation (HVAC), he worked as an estimator and contracts manager in Shrewsbury. He then worked as a mechanical project manager for a Midlands company and was in charge of all mechanical services installations to the value of £2m across the UK.
Simon was promoted to Senior Mechanical Surveyor in March 2020.
