I bring over 15 years’ experience across hospitality and operational management, including leading catering services at Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust and managing multi‑site educational settings in Shropshire. I’m passionate about people, great service, and keeping complex environments running smoothly. Outside work, you’ll usually find me with a coffee, at the gym, or out walking with my Miniature Schnauzer, Evie.
