Business Support Assistant
Jess starting working for Shropshire Council in 2013 before moving to PSG in November 2015. She currently provides help desk and email support to clients ensuring they receive a quick, friendly and efficient resolution to any repairs and maintenance issues. She also looks after the Contractors Approved List, Frameworks and organises the portable appliance testing for buildings across the county.
Prior to joining Shropshire Council Jess completed a three year degree at Wolverhampton University in Sociology and Criminal Justice achieving a First Class Honours degree.
