We are delivering the project, as a Design and Build Project, through the main contractor SJ Roberts. We are working in close partnership with Shropshire Council’s Business Development team who are client for the project.
The development includes four buildings providing eight separate business units with car parking, and incorporates the latest sustainable technologies and will include electric vehicle charging points, solar PV panels and rainwater harvesting for irrigation. The 50,000sq.ft of business accommodation provided by the development will help retain local companies in the area and extract new business and investments, creating additional jobs.
