Shropshire Council is rapidly changing to become more commercially viable. The council’s Premises Services team have quickly embraced this by offering an improved, flexible and bespoke service, which provides customers with greater value for money as well as guaranteeing peace of mind, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Because the business is evolving, Premises Services are rebranding, in order to stay vibrant, contemporary and fresh, and to reflect its commercial presence. The new Property Services Group (PSG) launches on 1 April 2017.
Following a year of internal business development sessions, a new brand and logo has been created; resources and the latest software have been invested in. These enable the group to reflect the values it works so hard to maintain, whilst clearly defining what products and services it provides.
Steve Carpenter, Property Services Group Manager, said:-
“The group is continuously learning from experience, taking on board feedback and developing the service. There is a focus on delivering a memorable experience by building familiarity and trust in the team and, most importantly, meeting the needs of customers. The group will engage more commercially with new external customers.”
